Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Sivakasi Original Crackers.

Due to the nature of our products (fireworks and safety regulations), we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and dispatched. All sales are final.

1. Non-Returnable Items

All items listed on our website, including fireworks, crackers, and gift boxes, fall under the No Return / No Exchange category due to legal and safety restrictions regarding the transportation of pyrotechnic materials.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

We pack all products with strict safety and care. However, if you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing:

  • Please record an unboxing video before opening the parcel.

  • Send the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged outer box/products to our WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without a clear unboxing video will not be processed.

3. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for mind-changes, delayed deliveries caused by courier partners, or wrong delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a valid claim for damaged/missing goods is approved after video verification, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.
